A 10-Year Walt Disney Company service award. The Disney company would reward cast members for their service by gifting them lavish sculptures, plaques, and awards that were only available upon completing lengthy tenures with the company. The award was given to Walt Disney Magic Kingdom Club Advertising Manager Richard Dyer in recognition of his service to the company. Featuring a three dimensional raised metal image of Sleeping Beauty Castle, the award states Dyer's accomplishments in service on a metal plaque that is also applied to a wood backing below the castle. Measuring 9"x12", the plaque is in fine condition.
